The Farm Operations Manager is an integral role, essential to the daily flow of operations, the coordination of key players and their works, and the overall success of the farm property. The individual in this position keeps a pulse on each aspect of Farm life and strives to establish and maintains positive relationships between all departments.
The quality, quantity and variety of crops grown and harvested will be researched and decided upon between the farmers, chefs and Farm Manager. Organized and driven, the candidate for this role is responsible for quality control, forecasting yields and annual budgets, effectively managing the fiscal aspects of the property.
Along with other members of the executive Pearle Hospitality team, the Farm Manager is actively involved in creating and developing the vision of the Farm as its concept grows and evolves over time and space.
