Hiring: Landscaper, Lawn care

We are looking for a full time landscaper to join our team! Ideal candidates are attentive to details, take pride in their work, and able to carry out strenuous tasks, as well as enjoy working outdoors with plants in any weather.

This is a full time, permanent position (8 hours a day, Monday to Friday) at competitive wage (starting $24/hr), with benefits after a 3 month probationary period. Wage is dependent on experience and education in the field. Opportunities to continue to study and learn with apprentice sponsorship and professional development courses available.

Crew positions entail lawn care as well as general garden maintenance, so familiarity with power tools is required.

Position requirements:

• A valid driver's license, clean driving record and experience driving trucks and towing trailers
• Experience in garden maintenance, lawn care, landscaping, tree planting or equivalent
• Experience using and troubleshooting power tools (hedger, line trimmer, mower, blower, saw)
• Pruning experience would be an asset
• Experience working in a team environment and with clients
