Position: Property Management Assistant
Employer: Compass Property Group / Circabuilt
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Our philosophy is simple – we transform classic buildings, keeping the best of what’s old and adding the best of what’s new. We distinctively bring an ethos, palette, and ecological design paradigm originating from custom homes to condominiums. Our projects have featured geothermal heating and cooling systems, green roofs, and grey water recovery systems. We have partnered with CMHC and the Sustainable Housing Foundation, and built the project that established best practices for existing multi-unit residential buildings. We are constantly striving to produce the best homes we can, always asking ourselves how we can make our buildings better.
Compass Property Group owns and operates a portfolio of small residential and mixed-use buildings in Toronto. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our small but mighty team. The Property Assistant Intern will play a key supporting role for a range of projects, including those that are fully operational and some in development. Potential responsibilities include:
Investigating and troubleshooting problems at properties
