I want to establish and open a franchise that sells only indiginous bevareges and snacks!
The previous project I was working with was one of the (United Nation Development Programs) UNDP’s project to help a community of women in Iran to professionalize their traditional process of cultivating and preparing the medicinal herbs. It involved educating the women, establishing a company and constructing a small factory.
The goal of the project I am offering is to improve indigenous people's welfare. The project’s objectives is a contribution to reach this goal with the main focus on empowering women and creating jobs. It includes three main sub-projects:
(My initial thought was to start in a very small scale, with 3 stores in the key locations. Kind of a coffee shop with the same operating system like Starbucks or Second Cup. The menu could include the beverages and meals or only beverages with the explanation of the cultural roots and history and their benefits for the earth and for human’s health. At the same time the ambiance I was thinking of is a modernized version of traditional theme)
