RFP: Operational Policy Development for Nipîy Tu Research and Knowledge Centre (NTRKC)

DESCRIPTION: Nipîy Tu Research and Knowledge Centre (NTRKC), an Indigenous-led knowledge centre that works to ensure the restoration, protection and promotion of the ecological health and cultural integrity in the Peace Athabasca Delta and its people, seeks to contract a consulting team to develop a set of operational policies for NTRKC. To do this, the consulting team will need to:

• Review NTRKC's list of identified policy areas, assess their priority classifications, and suggest additions and/or changes to the policies and classifications, as necessary. The policy list currently contains 69 policy areas.
• Develop policies specific to NTRKC that have been categorized as “Priority One”. These policies will apply to NTRKC’s Board of Directors and operations, as appropriate. Currently, 13 “Priority 1” policy areas have been identified. Note that this number may change following assessment and recommendations from the consulting team.

• Request for Proposals Closes: March 20, 2023
• Receipt of Final Proponent Questions: March 6, 2023
• Response to Proponent Questions: March 8, 2023
• Intent to Submit Closes: March 10, 2023
• Awarded: March 24, 2023
