You will lead and motivate a team of 5-25 people at a time, per event. Your hard work will drive enrollment to our camps and increase our presence in specific markets by 10%.
This is an opportunity to shape the company's future. You will hire and train our camp staff, improve our event marketing strategies and build a strategic roadmap for future events and camp operations on a day to day basis.

Spring/Summer Job Focus and Responsibilities
Evolve executes fun, high energy, engaging events for some of the top companies, associations and schools in Canada. We focus on school fun fairs, street festivals like Taste of the Danforth, larger events like the Pan Am Games or the CNE, and also get involved with specific product activations for third party companies.
Duties as Event Coordinator:
As the King or Queen of our events you will wake up energized and stoked to activate and manage one of our events.
Duties as Staff Recruiter:
As the staff recruiter you will source the best of the best staff in skateboarding, scooter, bmx. With our proven system you will also execute training sessions and prepare staff for a successful summer.
Duties as Camps Manager:
When the summer kicks off you will travel between camps to check in on camp managers, staff and any other individuals associated with a specific program. You will lead, manage and hold your staff accountable for a 5 star experience. You will also connect on a weekly basis with our third party partners. Visiting them and checking in to ensure we are meeting and exceeding their expectations.
Evolve Representation: As the manager of the program you will have frequent face to face contact with customers, potential new customers, friends and family of evolve and staff, therefore, you must be helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional in accordance with Evolves vision and commitment to providing superior customer service and a unique 5 star experience.
Work Environment: A lot of the work you are doing on the weekends involves managing and attending to the needs of staff and campers. There is a large percentage of the day spent in doors, however it is just as important to be present on the hill especially with heads of each department
