Position: Arborist/Ground Crew

Location: Fergus / Guelph-Wellington, Ontario

Baum Professional Tree Care is a full service tree care company operating in Centre Wellington since 2009. We specialize in production pruning and removals. Our goal is to maintain and improve the health of our urban forests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about trees to join our crew of climbing arborists.

Training is provided.

Responsibilities include:

• Work as a part of our team to provide safe and efficient tree care for our clients
• Chainsaw work and tree felling
• Tree pruning and removals (as experience permits)
• Site clean up
• Chainsaw maintenance

Qualifications:

• Reliable, punctual, positive attitude and trustworthy
• Strong team based work ethic
• Valid class G drivers license with clean driving record mandatory
• Desire to learn
• Some experience working in arboriculture
• Experience using chainsaws & chippers

Baum Tree Care will provide:

• Training

• Salary: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
• Health benefits after 6 months
