Job Description:

Gardeners/Crew Members; Full Time Seasonal April - October

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Education
• Able to lift 50lbs from the ground
• Basic Plant Knowledge and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Drivers’ License and transportation available to meet at various locations around Calgary

Responsibilities:

1. Follow direction of and report directly to Supervisor in charge of daily crew
2. Complete all training and apply to all work done
3. Maintain GE tools & inventory while on shift; report needs as necessary
4. Forward all contact with Customers to Supervisor in charge
5. Follow garden expectations, guidelines and to lead by example
6. All crews report to GE Managing Partner
