Position: Director, Finance & Operations
Organization: The Centre for Mindfulness Studies
Location: Toronto, Ontario

Our Actions come from Our Minds!

There's a reason our society isn't taking action to stop global warming — we are on auto-pilot, driven by our fears and craving, unable to make the difficult choices we need to make. With mindfulness, we see what's really going on, where true happiness comes from, and that we don't need to consume so much to be truly happy. We can let go of our fears and craving and be who we really want to be. As a society, our minds can evolve so that we are able to sustainably manage ourselves and our technology.
