Position: Sustainability Communications Intern
Employer: Canada Eco Action (a local environmental organization part of the Sustainable Eastern Ontario Network)
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
Language: must be Bilingual in French & English
Eligibility: 30 or younger & post-secondary graduate
Time Commitment: 30 hours/week for a minimum of 26 weeks.

C’est pourquoi, note organisation se bat pour un meilleur respect et harmonie des relations que l’humain entretient avec l’environnement.
MISSION: Mener des activités de toutes sortes capables de construire la population vers un meilleur porté de connaissance sur la gestion de l’environnement, le développement durable et l’écologie.
VISION: Des acquis évaluables de la connaissance et de la bonne pratique de gestion de l’environnement se fait montre du côté de la communauté comme changement de paradigme.
SUMMARY OF ROLE:
The Sustainability Intern will work under the guidance of and be accountable to a Manager and/or Board of Directors. They will also work with a Mentor from another environmental group to help guide them in their role. The Sustainability Intern will develop programs, lead communications and social media, support partnerships, and participate in networking opportunities, including the National Capital Environmental Non-profit Network (NCENN). The sustainability Intern will take part in a mandatory 3-week intensive Training program in July as part of their role and an optional pre-employment Placement.
The Sustainability Intern will be paid $20/hour for the internship for 30 hrs / week.
