Vendor & Client Strategy Analyst, Extended Measures

Job Description

Job Status: Full Time / Contract (1 year)

Reporting to: Manager, Extended Measures

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Respond to and complete incoming and outgoing customer calls with regards to Extended Measure completion for IESO HAP and AFT programs
  • Monitor and comply with call center standards
  • Administrate, maintain and update telephone software (Telax) and hardware with assistance of Program Leads and IT
  • Assist the team by performing calls and administrative tasks
  • Ensure all communications are completed in accordance with GreenSaver’s Customer Service Mandate
  • Manage the client relationship in a professional and positive manner; gain understanding of client conservation goals, objectives, and requirements tailoring services and communications to meet expectations

Partner Relationship Management

  • Maintain clear, concise and positive relationships with delivery agents, specifically for ARCA Canada and Canadian Appliance Recycling Enterprises
  • Follow-up with all delivery agent requests within 24 business hours
  • Ensure all communications are completed in accordance with GreenSaver’s Customer Service Mandate
  • Meet all delivery issues with resolution, escalated to Supervisor, Quality Assurance, if needed
  • Manage the client relationship in a professional and positive manner; gain understanding of client conservation goals, objectives, and requirements tailoring services and communications to meet expectations

Data Management

  • Meet daily file processing quota consistently
  • Meet all quality and accuracy standards as written within training documents
  • Follow all schedule and Utility requirements as outlined within the training documents
  • General data management, as requested and required

Administration

  • Complete all written customer communications in a timely manner, including approval and rejection letters for residential CDM portfolio
  • Completion of all high-level documentation pulls for large utility Quality Assurance check
  • Communicate with different group and customers with regards to file issues and resolutions
  • Assist in invoice reviews and physical file submissions from contactors Pre-invoicing check
  • Other duties as assigned from time to time by the Manager, Quality Assurance & Compliance and to the Supervisor - Quality Assurance

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 2 years administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft suite knowledge with an emphasis on Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Problem Solver and Multi-Tasker
  • Works well in groups and independently
