  • Answer all phone calls, e-mails, and live-chat requests in a courteous and timely manner, and ensuring superior customer satisfaction
  • Support individual customers and retailers with the ordering process
  • Manage new accounts created on our website
  • Manage priority situations in a professional manner
  • Manage and achieve 3-hour response time and a 24-hour resolution turnaround time with customers
  • Partake in open communication with the Customer Service Team and Management for improvements, suggestions, and input
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with other departments (Marketing, Sales, Operations)
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Superior computer skills – familiarity with Mac, Excel, Google Apps, Shopify, CRM and Help Desk software, Microsoft Office,
  • Impeccable written and oral communication
  • Customer Service and Interpersonal skills – people focused, positive, excellent communication, keeping interactions professional and friendly
  • Problem Solving – take ownership of responsibilities, able to anticipate and address issues, ask the right questions, solutions-focused and driven
  • Decision Making – think and execute with solutions, focus on customer satisfaction
  • A Team Player – work collaboratively with internal and external personnel, forward-thinking, ability to share ideas and suggestions, and focus on the big picture, attitude of contribution
  • Time management – organized, set priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task
  • Commitment – dedicated to personal growth, and driven by environmental and socially responsible values
  • French Language skills considered an asset, but not required

Education/ Qualifications

  • Completed post-secondary education
  • Customer service experience 1-2 years (high volume call centre, sales, marketing)
