PROJECT MANAGEMENT JOBS

Position: Customer Success Manager
Company: ReCollect Systems Inc.
Location: anywhere in Canada

ReCollect Systems is a technology company that combines deep expertise in solid waste and recycling with technology that works for government. Our team is composed of leaders in public policy, recycling and solid waste communications, behavior change and technology.

Job Overview

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll help municipalities implement and leverage ReCollect products including Collection Calendars, Waste Wizards, and Mobile Apps.

Using some of the latest technologies, you’ll strategically help new and existing customers be successful in their goals of delighting their residents with modern, online, self-service waste management tools. You will be equipped with a library of best practices, success stories, resources, and a customer journey aligned to goals. Your job will be to understand your customer’s needs, goals, capabilities, and waste management strategy, to help them gain value from ReCollect products and services. You will tailor communication plans with promotional material to drive adoption, and you will analyze usage and educate them on the same, in order to make additional product and/or waste program recommendations.

You will take ownership of the ~100 customers assigned to you and are ultimately responsible for their success. You will be the voice of the customer inside our organization, working closely with Sales on upsells, with Product Support on technical builds, and with our Product team helping to steer future product.

You will be successful in this role if you can do a variety of work, like: motivate customers to progress along a roadmap, set goals and benchmarks, identify ways to prove value, make waste program recommendations, co-author success case studies, and deliver tutorials.

Ultimately, you’ll be working to ensure municipalities -- large and small -- use their ReCollect products to their fullest potential and can make educated decisions on waste program improvements. The best part is: our Customers LOVE our products and our company!

This listing is for a full-time position, working remotely from anywhere in Canada.
