LEAF is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the protection and enhancement of the urban forest. Our planting programs and education/outreach programs have been connecting residents to the urban forest for over two decades. Our service area includes Toronto, York Region and some municipalities within Durham Region.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a full-time, 8-month contract. The Digital Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting LEAF’s transition to new digital systems under the direction of the Acting Executive Director. The coordinator will work closely with the management team to help identify technological solutions, improve integration and automation, improve organizational effectiveness and workflows and elevate the use of data to enhance program impact. A central focus of the digital transition will be finding a cloud-based database/CRM solution to replace our existing database, with the guidance/expertise of external IT consultants.
This role will also be responsible for internal IT support, providing technical advice and assistance to our team of dedicated employees. The coordinator will work to provide solutions to both inhouse, remote and field staff employees with IT related issues. The role will also provide digital training for employees, as needed.
