The International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) is an independent think tank that delivers the knowledge to act. Our mission is to promote human development and environmental sustainability. Our big-picture view allows us to address the root causes of some of the greatest challenges facing our planet today—ecological destruction, social exclusion, unfair laws and economic rules, a changing climate. With offices in Winnipeg, Geneva, Ottawa and Toronto, our work affects lives in nearly 100 countries. We are currently looking for a Policy Advisor to work in our Winnipeg office.
About the Position
The Policy Advisor will support IISD’s Resilience Team and its work related to climate change adaptation in Canada, with a particular focus on the Prairies region.

Salary: $50,700–$55,000 CAD
Start Date: December 2, 2019
