Chef/Manager needed for a remote wilderness lodge on the southern tip of Algonquin Park.
You will be responsible for planning, shopping, and cooking for a small lodge that typically has 2-30 guests, but averages around 8-12 people. You will be in charge of guests payments, ensuring rooms are ready for new arrivals, dealing with clients, and overall lodge operations. There will be other day staff to assist, but this is a live-in position.
As the nearest town is 45 minutes away you will require your own car.
Pay is $700/week plus room and board. If possible we will also get you out on a 3 or 4 day wilderness canoe trip in Algonquin Park (if you want).
