Positions: Customer Service Representatives
Organization: Vancouver Bike Share Inc.
Location: remote - but only within BC (preferably Vancouver)

The Role

Thanks to you, bike share customers always have a life line, whether they are trying to check out a bike, or signing up for a membership at home. You will provide service support, manage customer accounts, and maintain exceptional customer service standards by phone and email (remotely).

Why you?

You are a communicator and you enjoy helping others. You are a whiz on the keyboard and are comfortable supporting your own tech at home. Various software and mobile apps are second nature for you.

Starting rate: $18/hr (increasing within first 3 months)

Seeking: Permanent Part-time and Permanent Full-time applicants (coming soon: student seasonal Apr-Sept - just ask)

Next intakes (tell us which interests you!):

  • Feb 1 start date
  • March 1 start date (plan ahead!)
  • April 4 (plan ahead!)

Great candidates will have:

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience delivering friendly and professional Customer Service
  • Comfort and ease with computers and software (system requirements: mic/headset + 2.8g processor, 8GB RAM)
  • The ability to work effectively and independently
  • Ability to start early (630) or end late (1030) from your place of work (home or VBS HQ).

Example typical shifts (negotiable):

F/T Shifts - 6:30 - 3pm, 10 am - 6:30 pm, 12 - 9:30 pm

P/T Shifts - 9 am -1 pm, 12 pm -4 pm, 2 - 6 pm, 6 - 10 pm

This position must be performed within British Columbia, and is a remote working position requiring a personal PC and internet connection.
