VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Organization: Dufferin Grove Organic Farmers' Market
Location: Dufferin Grove Park, near Bloor/Dufferin Station, Toronto ON

Are you passionate about local, organic food? Do you want to help foster connection between farmers and community? Would you like to assist the weekly operations of a not-for-profit organization in Ontario? The Dufferin Grove Organic Farmers' Market, located in Dufferin Grove Park in Toronto, has need for volunteers! The Market runs every Thursday from 3pm to 7pm, May to October, and requires assistance in the following areas:

1. Set up and Tear Down — individuals to help set up the Market before 3pm, and tear down the Market after 7pm;
2. Social Media —somebody to help drive content on social media, including Instagram and Facebook;
3. Toonie Table —individuals to staff the Toonie Table and collect donations;

The Dufferin Grove Organic Farmers' Market also requires a volunteer Volunteer Coordinator; i.e., somebody to organize volunteers in their tasks, set a schedule, and solicit for more volunteers.

Our season opens on May 18th, 2023 — don't delay!
