Faith's Developmental Centre is looking for wonderful volunteers for our summer camp!

Start date: June 3, 2024
End date: August 5, 2024

About Us

Faith's Developmental Centre (FAITH) was founded by a family inspired to design programming and provide services to promote love for all people and love for ourselves. We understand the importance of self-care and self-love and our programming and services reflect that. Our programming and services are designed to support children, youth and adults, particularly those with developmental disabilities and those suffering from mental illness. Our mission is to ensure that all individuals served at FAITH will have the full support they need. No one will be turned away. Our doors are open to everyone.

Camp leaders

The duties include coordinating engaging activities for the campers, developing new programs, and supervising campers to make sure they are safe and happy. They also oversee Campers and Counselors in a specific division or age group. In delivering the camp experience, Group Leaders bridge leadership and supervisory initiatives with the care and facilitation of all aspects of the camp day.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Must be at least 15-30 years of age
• High School Diploma
• CPR First Aid Training
• Knowledge of Disability Awareness
• Clean Criminal Record Check
